In order to best meet your scheduling needs we recommend calling 607.277.2593 as far in advance as possible. We can’t always pick up the phone, but will return you call promptly. You may also email us at bodyworksithaca@gmail.com.

We do our best to accommodate you with flexible scheduling. We offer appointments beginning from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Requests for other times can sometimes be accommodated. We are unable to accept walk-ins.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged for 50% of the cost of your missed session.
